All field service technicians have numerous years of experience working with the natural gas transmission and distribution industries. Our mission with Becker field services is to provide the best possible assistance specifically geared to each individual customer.

Customer Personnel Training:
Becker offers customer personnel training at locations convenient to you. We can organize training at your facilities or consolidate several training sessions at a regional conference center. For the most comprehensive training and education, we offer training at our manufacturing headquarters near Chicago, Illinois.

Costs:

Becker field technicians are available for all field services (based upon schedule availability). Any combination of listed services can be performed by one or more technicians at one or more field sites. The cost for field services is $700.00 USD per 8-hour day, per Becker field technician, and includes transit and in-plant time. Travel, lodging, meals and incidental expenses are charged at cost. Fully itemized invoicing is provided. A customer purchase order number is required in order to guarantee scheduling.

If for any reason, our field services do not meet your expectations, Becker will make every effort to rectify the situation. If you are still not satisfied, we will cancel any invoice for services rendered.*

We will discuss your requirements, arrange for the most cost-effective solution, and promptly schedule a field services technician to suit your situation.
